Animation
Firstly, dedicated animation classes teach to communicate your ideas through storyboarding, drawing, and character and background design. Practical and creative teaching show the basic principles of drawing and computer skills. These courses prepare you for a third level course in this subject and have the skills to create an effective portfolio submission.

Interested in creating animated film, designing video games or producing comic art? Design and pose your own characters and gain an introduction to visual storytelling. Appropriate for all levels of artist
Certificate in 2D & 3D Digital Animation Production
This one-year part-time course teaches software skills needed to create a finished product. You will learn to manipulate images and apply lighting techniques, as well as structure composition and compose color schemes.
Advanced Certificate in Multimedia & Web Development
During this one-year course, you learn to develop interactive websites and therefore, enhance the interactive experience with graphics, sound and animation. Consequently, this course prepares you to pursue a career in many multi-media industries. These include entertainment and game development as well as website design and management. Other options also include digital imagery, advertising and marketing, and graphic design.
BA (Hons) Visual Media in Animation/Game Design
An Honours Bachelor Degree in Visual Media can specialise in either Animation or Game Design. Firstly, in the animation stream you will learn to develop balance between concepts, creativity and technical feasibility. At this level you work at a self-directed pace. You also get to produce a collaborative, animated film as part of this coursework.
In the game design path, you’ll learn balance the roles of game designer and game producer. At this level you work at a self-directed pace. In addition, you get to produce a collaborative game as part of this coursework.
