The Diploma Centre is inviting late applications for the popular Diploma in Employment Law, which commences on 11 February.
Framed by the Workplace Relations Act 2015, this diploma will cover all aspects of the employer/employee relationship, from recruitment through to termination, with a particular focus on the effect of Covid-19 on workplaces and labour law and practice.

Module 5: Issues when leaving work
- Transfer of Undertaking Regulations,
- Severance packages,
- Redundancy,
- Practical advice when using the WRA.
