Dublin Central School of Acting is offering a Get into Film and TV for Newcomers course. This 10 week, all day, in person Saturday course starts on September 11th from 10am- 5pm and runs for 10 weeks.
The course covers the following:
- Script breakdown
- Create a Character- back story/objective/tactics/
motivation - Camera angles / eye lines / framing
- The difference between one camera and three cameras for Film / T.V. / Soaps
- Casting for TV Commercials
- Casting for Short Films / TV / Film
- Improvisation / voice / movement
- Audition and Interview technique.
- Confidence building
- Presentation Skills
- The Art of Self taping
- The C.V. and Getting an Agent
- Marketing yourself within the Industry
- Make a short Film in a day with knowledge learnt from the course
Dublin Central School of Acting will offer the service of a Professionally Filmed and Edited Showreel Plus Professional Headshot for students attending the course. Private tuition for work on showreels if requested.
