About IT Tralee
Originally established in 1977 as the Regional Technical College, the campus became the Institute of Technology Tralee in 1992. Today IT Tralee is home to 3,500 full-time and part-time students, employs 350 staff and brings an annual contribution of €60m to the local economy. In 2001 the North Campus opened in Dromtacker, accompanying the South Campus in Clash, Co. Kerry.
