Isabella Muscolino
Isabella Muscolino is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychological Counsellor. Isabella achieved the MSc in Clinical Psychology and the Degree in Humanistic Integrative Counselling in Palermo, Italy. She is currently a PhD student of University College Cork, Applied Psychology School, and she is in her final year. Isabella fields of expertise are clinical and counselling psychology, including: emotion regulation, body dissatisfaction, psychosomatic disorders and neuropsychology. Isabella is a lecturer on the Maynooth University Cert. in Psychology in Cork.
Anita Whyte
Anita Whyte graduated with an MSc in Addiction Recovery from Trinity College Dublin in 2020. She is currently lecturing on the Certificate in Addiction Studies at Maynooth University. Anita is currently working in the Clinical Design and Innovation Division of the Health Services Executive, as programme manager for the national clinical programmes for Dual Diagnosis, mental health and addiction, mental health and older persons and mental health and intellectual disabilities. With almost 30 years’ experience in the Health Services, at both operational and strategic levels, Anita has extensive understanding of the health system and the enablers and barriers to programme development and implementation. She has a unique understanding of strategy application, using appropriate governance structures to support operational application of these strategies.
Members of the general public are welcome to attend the morning sessions with Isabella and Anita. Anita has a particular interest in using a values based approach to programme development, implementation
