Now is your time to take back control, enjoy peak mental and physical performance and start living your best life
Each week you will learn about one of the ‘Four Pillars of Health’.
Nutrition – Knowing WHAT and WHEN to eat and how it impacts YOUR body is a game changer. When you begin to tune in to the messages your body is sending, you can respond with the nourishment it needs and begin to thrive.
Exercise – Movement & exercise supports physical and mental wellbeing, however, too much of the wrong type can be just as unhelpful to health as too little. Discover the best type and mix of movement for you and how to fit it into your day.
Selfcare – Give yourself permission to relax. This programme will cover many forms of self-care. As little as 10 minutes a day can quieten a busy mind and build stress resilience banks to support overall wellness and combat the crippling effects that chronic stress can have on the body.
Sleep – The most powerful, yet sometimes least prioritised, of the pillars. Sleep does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to health. You know how energised you feel after a good nights sleep – your food choices, exercise goals and life in general just seems easier! Learn my CATS & DOGS approach to a better nights sleep.
You will learn about the important connection between these four pillars and why neglecting any one of them may be the reason you are not firing on all cylinders. Achieving a balance across these pillars is key to helping you enjoy more energy, better sleep, hormonal balance, maintain a healthy weight and so much more.
Coaching – Knowing what to do is not enough and having the right mindset is necessary when you want to make changes. The coaching aspect of this programme will support the behavioural change that needs to take place. Various coaching tools will be used to create your Wellness Vision, uncover any limiting beliefs and barriers to change that may be holding you back and over the course of the programme establish positive habits that you will be empowered to build on after the programme finishes.
Your responsibility
- Do the weekly preparation work (10 minutes);
- Take action over the course of the programme;
- Show up weekly;
- Fully participate in the group coaching sessions;

- Full body composition analysis (optional) – BMI, Muscle Mass, Fat %, Total Water%, Metabolic age.
- Low GL (Glycaemic Load) breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes;
- Shopping List & Meal Planner;

Louisa is a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach and owner of ENRICHED. Prior to setting up ENRICHED, Louisa spent 30 years working in the corporate market. This experience, complimented by her Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching qualification provides Louisa with a great appreciation for and understanding of the issues facing people who are juggling the demands of a busy work and home life. Louisa’s first-hand experience of just how powerful diet and lifestyle choices are on overall wellness is evident across all client engagements.
