Customer Focus
The Customer Focus service is built on 15 years experience working in Marketing and Customer Service for large multi-nationals in Ireland. This is also coupled with 10 years experience of the Retail and Service industry. Customer Focus was established in November 2010 out of a long standing passion for looking after customers and using customer service as a means developing business.
We have seen this element of the marketing mix eroded over the years in Irish Business. This used to be a strong point, but we started to lose contact with our customer during the “boom years”. When the money was rolling in we never asked – why? As we moved into the recession, we focused on cost saving and efficiencies. We cut back in the areas where we can deliver real value to customers – our staff and training them up on the needs and expectations of our customer.
Customer Focus has various products to accommodate the different industry sectors and customers can tailor requirements to suit their individual or business needs. So if your business is in the retail, service or hospitality industry we have “out of the box” training or can create something new to suit your requirements. All training products include workshop elements, role play and summary notes and are aimed at the corporate or private customer. Our “Increase Profitability” course is aimed at mangers while other products are aimed at staff. While “Customer Service Secrets” is more suitable to general staff. Our “At Your Service” course is aimed at the hospitality and service industry and includes a lot of the elements of Increased Profitability but has more role play and a keener focus on service.
Customer Focus has tailored customer service and sales training for retail, service, call centre and the hospitality industry, while tailoring solutions to the different industry needs and requirements. Our courses provide insights into the secrets of growing and maintaining a competitive advantage. These highly interactive programmes are made up of a series of interactive workshops, role play and practical examples which will develop the techniques, skills and knowledge to grow your business, become more competitive and increase profits. Customer Focus has designed and delivered training courses for Diageo, Louth County Enterprise Board, Dundalk Chamber of Commerce, Darver Castle, Marshes, Dundrum, Liffey Valley, The Pavilions, Harcourt Properties, Funtasia Parks and the Car Medic Franchise. We have also provided training for a host of small, medium and large companies throughout Ireland. We also do training on “soft skills” to help you present with confidence, deliver effective speeches and enhance your personal impact. One can experience these through our public courses, In-house training and one to one coaching.
