Role Players for Training

Role Players for Training provide professional business or role play actors, based in Dublin and servicing all of Ireland, Europe & Scandinavia to work in a variety of training and development contexts. We work with businesses,  professional firms, executive education and third-level institutions.

Corporate role play can be described as the opportunity to practise a specific work related situation to support and enhance a particular learning or skill. It is an interactive exercise between a participant, trainee or candidate and one or more role players and can be bespoke.

We provide support to L&D professionals, Trainers, Coaches, Psychologists and Facilitators in assessment and recruitment,  leadership and development programmes, communication training modules, undergraduate and postgraduate examinations and mock tribunals as simulated patients and clients.

We support training and development programmes with staff at all levels from trainees to senior management. We focus on Team Leadership, Performance & Conflict Management, Influencing Skills, Sales and Customer Service, Consulting, Mentoring and Coaching skills and much more.
