What career routes are available afterwards?
Community Leadership courses can lead students to many opportunities afterwards.
Employment opportunities include working directly in youth services or community development. For example, leaders in youth clubs, sports clubs and youth services, as well as community development work. They can also move to leadership or management roles in their current job or move to a similar role elsewhere.
There is also the option of going on to further study in the youth sector. Many courses of this nature will offer a Level 7 with the choice of moving on to a Level 8. There is also the option of going on to applied management at a higher level.
