Our Agile Training is a 3-day course running in Dublin or online via live virtual classroom training throughout the year. It’s aimed at anyone who wants to dive into Agile skills and knowledge while gaining a recognised certification.

Over the duration of the Agile training, we combine an introduction to Agile with exam preparation for the Agile Master Certified Exam (which is included in the course price).

No previous experience is required for this course and it’s suitable for those working in every industry.

Delivery Style

The delivery style of this course is a combination of exam preparation and theoretical learning, with some practical application.

Our Agile trainers have ample experience in delivering this training, with an extensive background in leading successful projects. They will offer guidance, support, and the benefit of their own experience.

Delivery is either in our live virtual classroom (online) or in person at one of our Dublin training venues.

There are many Agile methodologies (frameworks for applying Agile principles correctly) available. We look at the most popular methodologies during this training: Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Due to time-constraints, we cover only a high-level overview of some other methodologies.

Following training, you’ll gain access to our online learning portal to support your studies and exam preparation.

There are no entry requirements for this training.

While some background knowledge of project management and / or Agile is always helpful, it is not essential.

We recommend this training for anyone with an interest in Agile or any project manager seeking to expand their skill-set and certification portfolio.

   This 3-day Agile Certified Training is the first step in achieving your Agile Master Certified (SAMC) qualification.
2. Study and Prepare
   Following training, you’ll follow a period of self-led study and exam preparation using our online portal and your course materials. The timeframe for this study period varies from person to person.
3. Sit and Pass Your Exam
   When you’re ready, schedule and sit your online Agile Master Certified exam. The exam is 2 hours long.
