Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making Workshop

Effective decisions can only be made with a robust process and an effective evaluation of all the factors. When a problem arises in business, there always has to be a decision made to solve the problem, sometimes solving the problem may not be the most popular decision, as it may not benefit everybody, particularly collective decisions where people and emotions are involved, which can all too readily paralyse us in to inactivity. This workshop gives participants an overview of the entire creative problem-solving and decision making process, as well as key problem-solving tools that can be used every day.
