CREATIVE WRITING: THE SHORT FORM
The Short Form course includes a mixture of short fiction and short non-fiction. Presenting an array of short-form masterful pieces by such literary giants as George Orwell, P.G. Wodehouse, and G.K. Chesterton, the Short Form course inspires and challenges readers to investigate what it takes to produce both a sophisticated work of short fiction and short creative nonfiction, such as the narrative essay, the academic essay for a general audience, and travel writing. This course is perfect for anyone interested in learning the Short Form’s internal mechanisms, including narrative structure, rhetorical forms, and stylized language. Suitable for all levels.
