"EmpowerYouth", Health and Wellness Male Grooming Skills Training Programme

The core of ‘EmpowerYouth’ lies in its holistic approach to education, not just grooming skills. The curriculum, as well as teaching practical and technical skills and techniques, for example; how to shave, even with acne or other skin conditions, foot care, nail care, hair care and skin care to name a few: it also integrates essential life skills, like cancer awareness, hygiene, diet and exercise, and through promoting positive mental health:  self-esteem, resilience and overall well-being.

These are simple ways we can empower our sons, the young boys and teenagers to navigate the challenges of adolescence – confidently.
