Managing Change

The ability to manage change is one of the most important competencies that public sector organisations expect from their managers and staff, especially in the current climate. Yet, research shows that typically 70% of all change efforts in organisations fail. Organisations need people in key areas who both know what needs to be done to make change happen and can work with others to get results. This one day workshop will provide participants with the tools and techniques to implement change more effectively in their organisations.
