It provides both a theoretical and practical understanding of financial and management accounting, introducing students to a broad programme of accounting experiences from day books to financial statements and their interpretation to the practical business financial activity of budgeting, and controls demanded by contemporary organisations.

Course Time | Available on campus or online delivery. This part-time evening course will run one evening per week from 6.30 pm - 9.30 pm over 12 weeks. On-Campus Delivery: Classes will commence on Monday, 19th February 2024. Online Delivery: Classes will be delivered live online using Zoom and will commence on Wednesday, 28th February 2024. |
Entry Requirements | Under 23 Years: 5 O6/H7 grades in the Irish Leaving Certificate or equivalent award OR FETAC Level 5 Full Award Applicants over 23 years of age (Mature students): Direct Entry - If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form. It is recommended that applicants have a good understanding of both written and spoken English. |
