Have you always had an interest in Science but never had the opportunity to pursue it? Havent done the Leaving Cert? Now is your chance! Science, and Food Science in particular, have been identified as key areas of growth and this is a new part time, two year course for those who would like to work in the science/food science sector or would like to further their studies.
