Muscle and joint ache? Poor posture or balance? An ancient art of exercise and meditation through gentle movement. An introductory course to Tai Chi! Release tension from the joints and muscles. The gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi bring strength and flexibility to the body. This unique, gentle, slow moving exercise is suitable for all people regardless of age or fitness level. This class is held in the Studio in the Sports Complex!
