Train the Trainer (Blended Learning)

The purpose of this award is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to identify training and development needs and to deliver and evaluate a training intervention within a range of training and development contexts.
This course is scheduled to run online every Tuesday and Thursday for 12 weeks from 6.30 pm – 9.30 pm.
The initial class and all assessments will take place in the Monavalley campus
Please note all Learners must have competent written and spoken English (CEFR B1 or Higher)
